HQL ​

CLASSROOM LOCATION:  M4 Security Office, 101 N Haven St, Suite 301, Baltimore, MD
HOURS:  Sunday, 9am-1pm
SHOOTING RANGE LOCATION:  Guntry Maryland, 10705 Red Run Blvd, Owings Mills, MD 21117

HOURS:  Sunday, 3pm-7pm

 

A person may not purchase, rent, or receive a handgun after October 1, 2013 unless they possess a valid Handgun Qualification License (HQL) issued by the Maryland State Police.

Four-hour block of instruction  includes classroom instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and a component that requires the applicant to demonstrate the ability to safely fire a handgun at a firing range.
